These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and UG808 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the UG808 online gaming platform accessible at https://ug808.lat and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein — including our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to notify the Company promptly of any material change to the information provided at registration.

The Company operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and fraud prevention standards. As part of this programme, you may be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within three months);
• A clear selfie photograph taken whilst holding your ID document; and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet or online banking account showing your registered name).

Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The Company aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Only one registered Account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.

The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX internet banking. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals in Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC20/ERC20) are also accepted.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered solely in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. The Company processes most withdrawal requests to e-wallets and DuitNow within five (5) minutes of approval during operational hours, though processing times may vary.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the Account balance contains active bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement.
• The Company reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to any withdrawal request that triggers AML risk indicators, which may extend processing time beyond standard timelines.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit attempts will result in immediate Account suspension and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

By accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion as displayed at the point of acceptance, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus, as specified per promotion). The applicable requirement is stated on each promotion's detail page.

6.2 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Game-specific contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. The Company operates sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game exposure, and exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus funds voided and may be permanently suspended.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that have not been used within the stated expiry period (typically 14-30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion) will be automatically removed from the Account balance. Expiry periods will not be extended.

6.5 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus. The 2% cryptocurrency deposit rebate is credited automatically following a qualifying crypto deposit. This rebate carries no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn directly, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold in force at the time.

All games on the Platform are provided by third-party game studios under licence. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible via the game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across the Platform:

• The outcome of all Random Number Generator ("RNG") games is determined by certified RNG software. The Company does not intervene in game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved automatically according to the game's rules. Bets placed and game states at the point of disconnection are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits, if fraud is established), and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a different identity;
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
3. Depositing funds obtained from illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities;
4. Using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose or in a manner that facilitates the circumvention of anti-money laundering controls;
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that gives an unfair advantage and which the Company has not sanctioned;
6. Using any automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain a statistical edge that would not be available through normal human play;
7. Colluding with other players, dealers, or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage;
8. Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after having received genuine gaming services; and
9. Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure in any way.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit funds therein, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal that the Company determines to be in bad faith;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3; or
• At the Company's sole discretion, with reasonable notice where commercially practicable.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5-10 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by the Company is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, the Company collects personal data for the purposes of identity verification, account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — with your consent — direct marketing communications. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the governing jurisdiction, before resorting to litigation in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business practices, or product features.

Where a material change to these Terms is made, the Company will notify registered members via email (to the address registered to the Account) or via a prominent notification on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or urgently necessary for compliance or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The current version of these Terms, together with the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions.
